CRACKS
Through experience and using different types of methods I have found what gives the best results, which is the screw and patch, it immobilises the crack, other methods don't seem to do this.
The screw & patch method seems to work well on chronic cracks, which are now causing secondary problems such as infection & lameness. In these instances preparation of the foot & crack, days before the patch is deployed, is as important as the patch itself.
